Return Policy – Eagle Fencing

At Eagle Fencing, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all parts, hardware, and manuals.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Custom-made products and special orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@eaglefencingne.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
