Estimates and appointments

Submitting an inquiry or booking through Calendly requests an estimate or appointment; it does not create a contract for fencing work, place a material order or guarantee a particular installation date.

Free on-site estimates are available within 20 miles of our Salem office. For properties farther away, contact our team to discuss availability and estimate arrangements. Any project-specific charges should be confirmed before proceeding.

Please provide accurate contact and property information. To change or cancel a visit, use the options in your booking confirmation or contact our team. Appointment availability is managed through Calendly.

Products and project details

Catalog images, illustrations, color samples and visualizers are intended to help you explore styles. Screen settings, lighting, illustrations and material variations can affect appearance. Confirm the exact product, color, dimensions, height, gates and other specifications with our team before ordering.

Displayed products, badges and general descriptions are not promises of inventory, compatibility, performance or final pricing. Prices, availability, labor, site preparation, payment terms and warranties are determined by the applicable written proposal or agreement. An estimated installation timeframe is subject to project and scheduling conditions.

Property and site information

Property boundaries, easements, site access, utilities, permit requirements and any association restrictions should be discussed before work begins. Responsibilities for these items are established in the project agreement and by applicable law.

Website examples and general information do not confirm that a particular fence meets every local code, pool-barrier requirement or property restriction.

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent bookings, interfere with website security, upload malicious material or attempt unauthorized access.
